1. Introduction

Welcome to Carzorro. Carzorro is a digital car-washing aggregator platform operated by Humntn Ventures Pvt Ltd ("Carzorro", "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). The Platform connects customers seeking car-washing and related vehicle-cleaning services with independent service providers ("Vendors").

Carzorro enables Vendors to register their businesses and individual franchise locations, list service packages, participate in the booking bidding process, receive customer bookings, and receive payments for completed services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Carzorro mobile application, website, and associated services by Customers and Vendors. By registering on the Platform, accepting these Terms, placing a booking, participating in bidding, or providing services through Carzorro, you agree to comply with these Terms and the applicable policies communicated through the Platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • Vendor: An independent individual or business registered on Carzorro to provide car-washing services.
  • Franchise Registration: An individual Vendor registration associated with a particular franchise, outlet, location, or service unit.
  • Booking: A request for car-washing services placed through the Platform.
  • Booking Amount: The total amount payable by the Customer for the selected service, including applicable charges and taxes.
  • Security Deposit: The refundable security amount maintained for a Vendor registration in accordance with these Terms.
  • Service Package: A predefined collection of car-washing or vehicle-cleaning services listed on the Platform.
  • Penalty: A disclosed contractual charge or deduction arising from a breach of an applicable policy.

3. Nature and Role of Carzorro

3.1 Carzorro provides a technology-enabled marketplace connecting Customers with independent Vendors for car-washing and related services.

3.2 Vendors are responsible for providing the services associated with their accepted Bookings in accordance with the selected package, confirmed price, and applicable service standards.

3.3 Carzorro facilitates Vendor onboarding, package listings, booking discovery, bidding, booking management, payment coordination, customer support, and related platform functions.

3.4 Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Carzorro does not itself perform the physical car-washing service.

3.5 Vendors operate independently and are responsible for their business operations, staff, equipment, cleaning materials, service quality, and compliance with applicable laws.

3.6 Carzorro may establish and update reasonable operational procedures, service standards, quality requirements, booking rules, and Vendor performance policies to maintain a consistent customer experience.

3.7 Nothing in these Terms excludes any legal responsibility or consumer protection obligation that applies directly to Carzorro under applicable law.

4. Customer Registration and Account Responsibilities

4.1 Customers must provide accurate and current information when creating an account and placing a Booking.

4.2 Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for notifying Carzorro of suspected unauthorised access.

4.3 Customers must provide accurate vehicle details, service address, contact information, and booking instructions.

4.4 Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location.

4.5 Customers must not misuse the Platform, create fraudulent Bookings, submit false complaints, manipulate reviews, or interfere with the booking process.

4.6 Carzorro may restrict or suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law and appropriate procedural safeguards.

5. Vendor Registration and Onboarding

5.1 Individuals and businesses wishing to provide services through Carzorro must complete the Vendor registration process.

5.2 Vendors must provide accurate business and contact information and submit the documents reasonably required for onboarding and verification.

5.3 Documents may include PAN, Aadhaar details where lawfully required, business registration details where applicable, bank account information, address proof, and other documents necessary for verification or legal compliance.

5.4 Vendors must ensure that all documents and information submitted are genuine, valid, accurate, and up to date.

5.5 Carzorro may request additional information, conduct lawful verification checks, or reject or suspend a registration where information is incomplete, unverifiable, misleading, or suspected to be fraudulent.

5.6-5.9 Multiple franchise registrations require separate Security Deposits. Vendors are responsible for maintaining all licences, registrations, tax records, insurance, and other authorisations required for their business activities.

6. Service Packages and Pricing

6.1-6.2 Carzorro may provide predefined Service Packages that Vendors can select or modify with their own pricing.

6.3-6.5 Vendors must review packages carefully, ensure pricing is accurate, and complete all included services without omissions or substitutions without customer consent.

6.6 Any additional charges, taxes, or fees must be disclosed before the Customer confirms the Booking.

6.7-6.8 Price changes don't affect already-confirmed Bookings. Carzorro may remove misleading or unlawful packages.

7. Booking and Bidding Process

7.1 Customers select a package, provide vehicle and location details, choose a time slot, and submit a Booking.

7.2-7.3 Eligible Vendors may participate in bidding, but participation does not guarantee Booking allocation.

7.4 A Booking is considered allotted when the Platform records the allocation or communicates confirmation.

7.5 Once allotted, Vendors are expected to fulfil the Booking and may not cancel except as permitted.

7.6-7.8 Customers must provide correct booking details. If a Vendor cannot fulfil a Booking due to genuine emergency or safety issues, they must notify Carzorro immediately.

8. Vendor Security Deposit – ₹1,000 Per Registration

8.1 Each Vendor registration requires a refundable Security Deposit of ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only).

8.2 The deposit applies separately to each franchise or service location. Multiple locations require separate deposits.

8.3-8.4 Vendors may pay in full or in part, with partial payments allowing activation subject to requirements.

8.5-8.6 Outstanding balances are adjusted from booking proceeds until the full ₹1,000 is funded.

8.7 The Security Deposit is refundable and is NOT a joining fee, subscription fee, or platform commission.

8.8-8.9 Deposits may be used for authorized deductions including cancellation penalties. Vendors must replenish the deposit through future booking proceeds.

8.10-8.12 Carzorro will communicate any deductions. Upon account closure, the remaining balance is returned after account reconciliation, typically within 15 Business Days.

9. Payments and Vendor Settlements

9.1-9.2 Customers pay via Platform-available payment methods processed through authorized third-party providers.

9.3 Carzorro aims to process Vendor settlements on the same day but settlements may take 24–48 hours due to banking delays, payment processing, holidays, verification, refunds, or disputes.

9.4-9.6 Settlement events are communicated through the Platform. Vendors must provide correct bank details. Outstanding Security Deposit balances may be adjusted from booking proceeds.

9.7-9.10 All applicable fees, commissions, and deductions must be disclosed. Carzorro may investigate disputed transactions. Approved refunds are processed per the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

10. Customer Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

10.1-10.2 Free Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty if the request is made at least 6 hours before the scheduled booking time.

10.3-10.4 Late Cancellation: If cancelled less than 6 hours before, the advance payment is forfeited, subject to applicable law.

10.5-10.6 If cancelled after the Vendor arrives or service has commenced, applicable charges may apply.

10.7-10.8 Rescheduling is available where operationally feasible, subject to Vendor availability. Rescheduling outside the free-cancellation period doesn't automatically waive cancellation charges.

10.9 No cancellation penalty applies if the Vendor failed to attend or materially deviated from confirmed service.

11. Vendor Cancellation Policy

11.1-11.2 Vendors are expected to honour every allotted Booking. Vendors may not cancel at their discretion and must immediately notify Carzorro if unable to fulfil.

11.3 Cancellation Penalty: Vendors cancelling without approval are subject to a penalty equivalent to 30% of the Booking Amount.

11.4-11.5 The penalty is first adjusted against the available Security Deposit. Any insufficient balance may be recovered from eligible future booking proceeds.

11.6-11.7 If the deposit falls below ₹1,000, the replenishment amount is adjusted from future bookings but is NOT a second penalty—it's restoration of the deposit balance.

11.8-11.10 Carzorro records all penalties and deductions. Vendors may be exempted where cancellation resulted from genuine emergency, safety concern, force majeure, or invalid booking information. Repeated unauthorised cancellations may result in suspension or termination.

12. Vendor Service Quality and Operating Standards

12.1 Vendors must follow operating procedures, quality standards, service delivery guidelines, and customer experience requirements communicated by Carzorro.

12.2 Vendors must arrive at the confirmed location within the scheduled time and applicable grace period.

12.3-12.4 Vendors must complete every included service and use appropriate equipment. They must not substitute or omit services without consent or valid reason.

12.5-12.7 Vendors must behave professionally, not engage in harassment, theft, fraud, discrimination, or unlawful behaviour. They must promptly report any accident, damage, or service failure.

12.8-12.9 Carzorro monitors service quality through Customer feedback and booking records. Vendors may be required to undertake corrective training or follow improvement plans.

13. Penalties, Service Quality and Booking Compliance

13.1 Carzorro maintains consistent service quality and reliable booking fulfilment. Penalties must be based on disclosed policies, supported by evidence, proportionate to the breach, and contractually authorized.

13.2 Vendor Penalties apply for:

  • Late start of service
  • Cancellation after allotment (30% penalty)
  • Incomplete service delivery
  • Poor service quality
  • Customer rating below 4.0
  • Unprofessional conduct
  • Repeated violations

13.3 Penalties are adjusted against booking proceeds or Security Deposit per the applicable policy. Carzorro communicates the reason and calculation before finalizing disputed deductions.

13.4 Customer Penalties may apply for:

  • Cancellation within 6 hours (forfeiture of advance payment)
  • Cancellation after Vendor arrival
  • Cancellation after service commencement
  • Repeated unreasonable cancellations
  • Incorrect details or denied access

13.5-13.6 Rescheduling and penalties may be waived where circumstances justify. Vendors and Customers may dispute penalties; Carzorro will review evidence and communicate outcomes within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Customer Responsibilities and Vehicle Condition

14.1 Customers must provide reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed location and time.

14.2 Customers should remove valuables (cash, jewellery, electronics, documents) from the vehicle before service.

14.3 Customers should disclose pre-existing damage, unusual conditions, or special cleaning requirements.

14.4 Customers must not request unlawful or unlisted services.

14.5-14.6 Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle after service and promptly report damage with supporting evidence. Delay in reporting does not extinguish rights available under applicable law.

15. Damage, Loss and Customer Complaints

15.1-15.2 Vehicle damage, loss of property, incomplete service, or misconduct should be reported to Carzorro promptly with the Booking reference and supporting evidence.

15.3 Carzorro may request information from Customer and Vendor and facilitate communication to resolve issues.

15.4 Responsibility for damage or loss is determined based on available facts, contractual obligations, and law.

15.5 Carzorro does not automatically assume liability for every act of an independent Vendor solely because the Booking was facilitated through the Platform, but remains responsible for obligations that apply directly to it under law.

15.6 Nothing prevents Customers from seeking remedy through competent consumer commissions, courts, or other lawful dispute-resolution mechanisms.

16. Ratings, Reviews and Feedback

16.1 Customers may submit ratings and reviews based on genuine service experiences.

16.2 Reviews must be truthful, relevant, and not fraudulent, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful.

16.3 Users must not manipulate ratings, submit fabricated reviews, or improperly influence other users' feedback.

16.4-16.6 Carzorro reviews feedback to assess service quality and may moderate or remove content that violates Terms. Rating-based performance actions follow applicable policy, considering review sample and vendor explanations.

17. Privacy and Personal Data

17.1-17.3 Carzorro collects information necessary for account registration, Vendor verification, booking management, payments, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Personal data is handled per Carzorro's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

17.4 Appropriate privacy notices explain relevant purposes and practices.

17.5-17.6 Vendors may use Customer information only to fulfil Bookings or for lawfully authorized purposes. Vendors must not sell, disclose, misuse, or exploit Customer information.

17.7-17.8 Aadhaar and identity documents are collected only where legally permitted and subject to safeguards. Users may contact Carzorro for privacy requests or concerns.

18. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or forged information
  • Impersonate another person or access another's account without authorization
  • Use the Platform for fraud, unlawful payments, or illegal activities
  • Manipulate Bookings, bids, ratings, reviews, or payment records
  • Interfere with Platform security or functionality
  • Attempt unauthorized system or information access
  • Misuse Customer or Vendor data
  • Engage in harassment, abusive behaviour, theft, or unlawful conduct
  • Circumvent applicable charges or booking procedures through deception
  • Engage in activities creating unreasonable safety risks or compromising Platform integrity

19. Intellectual Property

19.1 Carzorro name, logo, branding, software, Platform design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Carzorro, subject to third-party rights.

19.2 Users may use the Platform only for intended purposes and may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Carzorro's intellectual property except as permitted by law.

19.3 Vendors retain ownership of their independently owned business materials, subject to limited permissions for displaying listings.

19.4 By submitting content to the Platform, Users grant Carzorro a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and use content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Platform.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

20.1 Users may stop using the Platform and request account closure through account settings or Customer Support.

20.2 Carzorro may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for material breach, suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, safety concerns, repeated substantiated complaints, or other legitimate reasons consistent with applicable law.

20.3-20.4 Where practicable, Carzorro communicates the reason and provides an opportunity to respond. Immediate temporary restrictions may be imposed for safety, fraud, evidence preservation, or legal compliance.

20.5-20.6 Account closure does not extinguish accrued obligations, legitimate claims, or refund rights. Any remaining refundable Security Deposit is returned per Section 8.

21. Third-Party Services and Platform Availability

21.1-21.2 The Platform may rely on third-party payment gateways, messaging services, mapping, hosting, and other providers, subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

21.3 Carzorro makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

21.4 Carzorro may modify or discontinue features for operational, technical, security, or legal reasons, subject to applicable obligations and handling of affected Bookings.

22. Limitation of Liability

22.1 To the extent permitted by law, Carzorro is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses not reasonably foreseeable.

22.2 Carzorro is not automatically responsible for every independent Vendor act solely because a Booking was facilitated through the Platform.

22.3-22.5 Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or matters where exclusion is prohibited by law. Statutory consumer rights and non-excludable legal protections are preserved.

23. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, a User may be responsible for direct losses or reasonable costs arising from that User's fraud, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms. Indemnity applies only to the extent the loss is attributable to the User's conduct and does not require indemnification of Carzorro for Carzorro's own negligence where prohibited by law.

24. Changes to These Terms

24.1 Carzorro may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, business operations, security requirements, or applicable law.

24.2-24.4 Material changes are communicated appropriately where required by law. Changes take effect on the specified date and do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or override confirmed Bookings in violation of applicable law.
